The 2011 Ford F150 has a totally revamped engine line which addresses the former complaint about its being an incompetent truck for always being down on power as compared to its competitors. This model has indeed gone a long way with 302 horsepower 3.7-liter V6 in the base engine. The other choices has 360 hp 5.0-liter V8, a 365-hp twin turbo (Eco Boost) V6 and a 411-hp 6.2-liter V8. A six-speed automatic transmission matches all this.
Ford’s audio system and popular voice command system for mobile phones which is tagged Sync is one of Ford F150’s highlights. It also includes a navigation system and a back-up camera. Instability control and airbags comprise its safety features.
